Due to a scheduling conflict, our planned presenter is no longer able to present. Rather than cancel the presentation slot, we thought it would be a great opportunity to use the time for a productive discussion focused on our businesses and the strength of our network.

Early in the year (even if we’re already a bit into Q1) is the perfect time for members to refocus on goals, referrals, and collaboration opportunities. In networking groups especially, people often get so busy presenting that they don’t pause to realign their business goals with the group’s potential.

This meeting will give members a chance to briefly share their current business goals, the types of referrals or introductions they are seeking, and ways we can support one another.

We will also spend a few minutes discussing goals for theNYnetwork itself and how we can continue to grow and strengthen the group in the months ahead.

Please come prepared to share:
• One business goal for the coming months
• The type of client, connection, or referral that would be most valuable to you at this time

Christine is the founder of The Law Offices of Christine Wong PLLC, a practice she established over a decade ago to focus on residential and commercial real estate matters. She represents buyers and sellers of apartments and houses, as well as landlords and tenants negotiating commercial leases and sales. With deep knowledge of the New York City real estate market, Christine works extensively with co-op boards and real estate investors, and also handles transactions in the Catskills, including Sullivan and Ulster counties.

As a native New Yorker who has personally bought and sold her own co-op and condo — and served as a landlord herself — Christine brings both professional expertise and real-world perspective to her clients. She is committed to making complex transactions as streamlined and smooth as possible.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Christine’s practice, gain insight into today’s real estate landscape, and show our support for a fellow member. Whether you are personally navigating real estate matters or simply want to broaden your network knowledge, you won’t want to miss it.

At our upcoming meeting, we’re excited to feature Ann Chen, founder of Graphene Physical Therapy. A former competitive figure skater and lifelong athlete, Ann understands firsthand how injury can impact not just performance—but everyday life.

After navigating her own injuries and discovering the limitations of traditional, high-volume physical therapy, Ann set out to create a different kind of experience. She founded Graphene Physical Therapy to offer one-on-one, highly personalized care focused on long-term recovery, not quick fixes.

Ann holds a neuroscience degree from McGill University and completed her physical therapy training at Queen’s University in Ontario. During her presentation, she’ll share her journey, her approach to care, and how tailored treatment can help active individuals move better, heal smarter, and get back to doing what they love.

Since no single presenter is scheduled, we’re opening the floor to a group-led discussion—a chance for all of us to share, support, and learn from one another.

We’ve selected two themes for the evening, and members may speak on either (or both):

What does “still time” mean to you or your business? Maybe it’s about setting boundaries, finding space to pause, managing work–life harmony, recharging creativity, or rediscovering balance. Share your approach, your challenges, or what helps you stay centered in the middle of a busy season.

2. “Client Service”

How do you deliver exceptional service? What practices, habits, or philosophies set your client relationships apart? Whether it’s communication style, follow-up systems, expectations, or small touches that make a big impact—this is a chance to share what works for you.
