At our last meeting, we had the opportunity to hear from Renée Marino about communication — not just speaking, but truly connecting, sharing, and being heard. It got me thinking… how often do we, especially as businesswomen, openly share what we really want for ourselves and our businesses?
For our upcoming meeting, we are going to keep the conversation going — but this time, the conversation is ours.
There will be no formal speaker or presentation. Instead, we invite each member to share a private wish, goal, or vision they have for their business or professional future. Maybe it is something practical, maybe something ambitious, or maybe even something that feels a little impossible right now.
For example, one of my dreams would be to see theNYnetwork one day own a building in Manhattan — a true home base for women in business. A space with offices, coworking opportunities, a coffee shop, vendor spaces for members, and a community hub where women could collaborate, support one another, and grow together.
This meeting is about vision, vulnerability, inspiration, and connection. Sometimes saying something out loud is the first step toward making it real.
We hope you will join us and share your dream with the group.
