From the mountains of China to the fields of India, Miriam Novalle has followed her highly trained perfumer “nose” for the past thirty years — discovering the best botanical and herbal elements, and the world’s finest tea gardens. Sourcing the natural ingredients that she combines to create hundreds of signature tea blends — harmonious, relaxing, healing, natural, inspired, and delicious.

Dubbed the “Tea Guru” by The New York Times, Miriam and the T Salon have revolutionized the tea industry with a continually growing vision of eco-friendly business practices that embrace a “green way” of cultural awareness.

In 2012, Miriam’s sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. When her sister told her that CBD was relieving the nausea from chemotherapy, and was helping her sleep, Miriam went on a research mission. In Colorado she learned the whole state was taking CBD in one form or another to successfully treat a wide range of ailments. Miriam went on to found High Tea Today, creating a Wellness Line of teas with hemp CBD to benefit people dealing with Cancer, Parkinsons, Leukemia, and a host of other illnesses and ailments.

The CBD industry has grown, with an ever expanding list of benefits, and has changed millions of lives for the better. Miriam is honored to be part of that innovative community.
