After working for 14 years for the Social Security Administration as an Attorney Adviser and 11 years as a Career Law Clerk for a Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, I accepted a voluntary early retirement from the federal government in 2025 and decided to open my own Social Security disability law firm. During the course of my career, I have written thousands of Social Security disability decisions on behalf of the agency’s Administrative Law Judges, wrote my own continuing disability review decisions for the agency at the state level, and handled all aspects of the federal Social Security appeals that came before us in federal court. I now represent claimants by bringing my unique perspective and expertise to help them obtain the benefits they deserve.
