My name is Diana Maltz and I’m the founder of Zest for Life, a business I founded approximately 20 years ago with the aim of helping stressed out professionals stay healthy. I do this through understanding my client’s trigger points for stress and developing customized programs that will help keep them healthy and stress free—long term. My hope is to ensure my clients have the energy, focus and stamina to be a peak performer during the day and stay energized for fun after “the 9 to 5”.
Whether your goal is to reboot your body and energy level, to be proactive about aging, or run a marathon, my programs are suited to meet your specific needs, working from the inside out.
My passion is in empowering people to maximize the quality of their lives, to provide them with the tools to make smart decisions that will pay off now and in the future, and to know that they and their loved ones benefit from these decisions.
