Christine started her own practice over a decade ago, focusing on helping people with their residential and commercial real estate needs. She represents buyers and sellers of apartments and houses, and represents landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial leases and sales. Christine is especially knowledgeable about the New York City real estate market, and works extensively with coop boards and real estate investors. She also handles real estate transactions in the Catskills, in Sullivan, and Ulster counties.
As a native New Yorker, Christine has personally bought and sold her own coop and condo, and has been a landlord herself. She brings that experience and perspective to her work, and strives to make the process as streamlined and smooth as possible.
