HOW DO I GET A MORTGAGE FOR MY DREAM HOME

Cindy Saxman Margulies of GuardHill Financial Corp. will help us navigate the path to getting the best mortgage for our new home. Do you have a question you would like to ask but were too embarrassed to ask? This is the place to ask it and the person who will definitely answer it directly as well as bluntly. An example might be. . . “What if I have no job but a sugar daddy, can I qualify for a mortgage?”, “What if I know I will be inheriting a good deal of money in the near future, but I have a low income job right now, can I qualify for a mortgage knowing I am getting money in the future?”, “If I can come up with 75% in cash, own a company but don’t take an income, can I qualify for a mortgage for the remaining 25%?”

Come to the meeting, it might just be fun to hear what the questions are. . .
