Navigating the real estate market in New York City can be a daunting task. As an agent, Kelcey’s top priority is to make the process of buying, selling and renting an apartment in New York City as fast and stress-free as possible. Her approach is to educate and advise her clients strategically to get results quickly and efficiently. One of her specialties is strategic real estate marketing; combining staging, photography and descriptive language to get apartments sold quickly and for top dollar. In her presentation, she will explain some examples of her team’s marketing on listings. She will also talk about what it takes to get buyers qualified and prepared to close. Kelcey has brokered transactions representing buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords throughout Manhattan and specializes in working with first-time buyers, families, estates and relocations. It is her mission to understand each of her clients’ specific needs and expectations in order to advocate effectively on their behalf and help them realize their goals.
